Exciting news! We bought our tickets to return to the US! Our departure date is June 28, 2016! Please pray for us as we prepare for furlough and train people to cover our responsibilities here. We plan to be in the States for roughly ten months, visiting supporting churches and sharing our burden with new ministries. The paperwork for our house is in its final stages! The bank is ready to release our loan later this week, making it possible for us to move into our home this coming June! We praise the Lord for everything He has done! From providing funds to moving paperwork we have watched Him work miracles on our behalf. It humbles me to know that I have a God who knows my needs and reaches down from heaven to provide them. Again, we would like to everyone who helped us in this endeavor! Your prayers and support have meant so much to our family!
This was our biggest year of camp ever! We had 264 campers in attendance and 7 of those teenagers were saved! God worked in hearts and many teens made tremendous decisions for Christ. Throughout the week, we heard messages on forgiveness, bitterness, and fighting the good fight of faith. We are so thankful for the camp ministry and all the people who worked behind the scenes to make it happen. 44 people from our church staffed at camp this year! What a blessing to see our church family come together to serve Christ. But our job is far from over…please continue to pray for us as we strive to work with these young people. Pray that that we would see teenagers take a stand against sin and grow in their walk with Christ.
