A Trip to Remember!

We’ve been blessed by another visit from Pastor Travis. This time he brought another friend, Bro. Frank Broughton, from our home church!  It’s been a whirlwind trip, we’ve been busy showing him the different ministries in Cebu; we even took a quick trip to Cambodia to visit another missionary friend. Throughout the years, I’ve been blessed by both these men so this time together has been refreshing (and exhausting :) ). And we’re not done, we are going to visit the two missionaries sent out from our church on Bohol and Bantayan Island!  We are so thankful for our friends in the USA who love and support the Lord’s ministries in Cebu!

Philip got his Filipino passport! So young to be a world traveler but that’s the life of a missionary kid! :)  Now that he has all his Filipino documents in order our next step will be to submit the paperwork for his American citizenship. Abigail and Micah are already dual citizens and that has been a huge blessing! It eliminates a lot of hassle with visas and other requirements for staying in the country. Please pray for his papers to be processed quickly and efficiently.

Our hearts are full as God continues to open doors into the public schools. Another high school is allowing us to teach a Values Class every Tuesday!  We taught for the first time this week and the response from the students was great. Some of the teens had visited our church years ago as children and were happy to see us again. Please pray that God would use this ministry to bring more teens to Him! Also, continue to pray that we could teach at the high school next to our church. We are still waiting for final approval from the principal.

The Lord gave us a victory on Sunday! Poppa Timario came to church! And he brought the other two men from our Bible Study with their wives.  It was a blessing to see them all there for the first time! Again, they heard the Gospel. Please pray that they would make the decision to trust Christ as their Lord and personal Saviour!
