Children’s Churches
• What are Children’s Churches?
Children’s Churches are classes on Sundays that are specifically structured to teach God’s Word on a child’s level.
• What Is the Purpose for Children’s Churches?
Our goal with each child is to teach him or her to love God and others, to encourage him or her to serve God and obey those in authority, and to train him or her in the way God requires.
• What Children’s Churches Are Available?
On Sunday mornings we offer a Primary Church for age two through kindergarten and a Junior Church for first grade and up.
On Sunday evenings we have a Children’s Church for ages two through eight.
• Who Teaches These Classes?
The Sunday morning Primary Church is taught by Mr. Joe Hazlett, with various helpers.
The Sunday morning Junior Church is taught by Sam & Victory Hazzlett, Rebekah Kohl, Kayleigh Dye and Sean Dye, along other helpers.
The Sunday evening children’s church is taught by Tony & Louise Bucco and some assistants.
• What Happens in These Classes?
Each class is packed full with songs, games, Bible drills, memory verses, contests, object lessons, skits, and practical application lessons.
• Where Are They?
All classes take place in the church basement. Junior Church is in the larger room, and Primary Church and Sunday evening’s Children’s church are in the smaller room.
