{"id":969,"date":"2011-08-05T23:18:01","date_gmt":"2011-08-06T04:18:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fbbc.com\/chrisbaran\/?p=969"},"modified":"2015-03-26T08:49:34","modified_gmt":"2015-03-26T13:49:34","slug":"summer-camp-2011","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/fbbc.com\/chrisbaran\/summer-camp-2011\/","title":{"rendered":"Summer Camp 2011!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was able to be a counselor at two weeks of camp this summer!\u00a0 What a blessing to return to this special place.\u00a0 Unfortunately, Elizabeth couldn&#8217;t be a counselor this year because of little Abbie but she did manage to visit for a couple of days.\u00a0 The theme this year was Knights of Christianity which provided many cool games.\u00a0 <strong>Also, the camp staff performed a skit entitled &#8216;Stay in the Castle&#8217;, encouraging young people to stay close to the Lord and let Him provide their future spouse.\u00a0<\/strong> It was exciting to see many of the teens decide to stay pure!\u00a0 This concept is becoming so foreign in our world today.\u00a0 Even nine and ten year olds are being pressured to be in relationships now!
